Stevens Construction has been selected as the construction manager for an expansion of the sales department of Ingman Marine, announced Mark Stevens, company president.
Stevens Construction is converting an existing fuel station into a 2,796-square-foot sales office for a boat dealership located at 14531 North Cleveland Ave. Construction duration is slated for completion in August.
The Stevens Construction team includes project manager, Mike Brooks; project administrator, Tracey James; and superintendent, Henry Pasterz. Architectural services are provided by Jason P. Tramonte.
