Southwest Florida Community Prayer Breakfast
Date: Thursday, May 2
Description: The Southwest Florida Community Prayer Breakfast offers attendees an opportunity to pause and reflect. This year, the event will be held at Hammond Stadium at the Lee Health Sports Complex in Fort Myers, and feature a variety of inspirational community and spiritual leaders, as well as power couple as co-keynote speakers:
- Tim Tebow, two-time national champion, first-round NFL draft pick and Heisman trophy winner.
- Demi-Leigh Tebow, a former Miss Universe 2017 and founder of the Unbreakable Campaign.
During the event, the couple will share their powerful stories of faith along with their shared passion for serving others. Thanks to generous sponsors, the event is complimentary and includes breakfast and a unified prayer program.

Law at the Library, a free legal clinic for area seniors in need of no-cost legal advice, covers topics in civil law of interest to seniors, including landlord-tenant disputes; elder law; filing a case in small claims court; and issues stemming from the aftermath of Hurricane Ian. The clinic is sponsored by Lee County Legal Aid Society with support from AARP Foundation.

Norman Love Confections will host a molded chocolate class perfect for individuals or groups who want to learn the art of making chocolates, including hand coloring and casting liquid chocolates. The Jewish Federation of Greater Naples is hosting a Community Wide Yom HaShoah Program at the Nina Iser Jewish Cultural Center to remember the Holocaust and its victims. The event includes a candle-lighting ceremony, a keynote speech delivered by Naples resident Abe Asli and remarks from local clergy, Holocaust survivors and their descendants.
