GCM Contracting Solutions has completed construction of a new 10,000-square-foot warehouse and office complex for Greenscapes of Southwest Florida.
GCM Contracting used tilt-up concrete construction to build the south Fort Myers warehouse that will serve as Greenscapes’ equipment hub and business offices for Lee County. From the front elevation, GCM constructed a modern, one-story building with an expansive interior buildout to include offices, training rooms and a warehouse with ample space to accommodate storage of landscaping equipment and chemicals.

Steven Pruchansky, CEO of Greenscapes of Southwest Florida, said the new branch initially will be the home base for 40 to 60 office staff and field technicians, ultimately growing to 100 employees by the end of 2020. The company has posted open positions in several areas.
“Our operations in Lee County have grown and we required more space to serve our clients’ landscape needs, and this new branch off Alico Road puts us closer to the residential communities and commercial properties we serve in Fort Myers, Lehigh Acres and Cape Coral,” Pruchansky said.
The new Greenscapes branch is located at 16100 Lee Road in Fort Myers.
GCM partnered with Southview Studios of Fort Myers to provide architectural services for the Greenscapes project.
