The Sanibel Captiva Trust Company celebrates ribbon cutting for new Fort Myers office

The Sanibel Captiva Trust Company celebrated its expansion into Fort Myers with a ribbon cutting ceremony on May 21 at its new Bell Tower office.

Located at 13525 Bell Tower Drive, near the heavily traveled intersection of U.S. 41 and Daniels Parkway, the 10,520-square-foot, two-story building is convenient for the firm’s growing base of clients in Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Estero and Bonita Springs. The building’s size can accommodate the Trust Company’s future growth for many years.

Founder and Chairman S. Albert D. Hanser, Fort Myers President Megan Marquardt, CFP®, CTFA, Terence M. Igo, Chief Executive Officer and Trust Company staff welcomed board members, advisory board members, city and county officials, and local professionals to the new building during the celebration.

Architect Joyce Owens, FAIA, RIBA, owner of Architecture Joyce Owens LLC, was instrumental in completing the interior plans for the building. The lobby and meeting rooms are designed for everything from educational round tables to major events with clients and guests.

The new Fort Myers location is the Trust Company’s seventh on the west coast of Florida.
