Better Together announces Shawna Kremer as marketing operations manager

Better Together, a nonprofit dedicated to families and children, has hired Shawna Kremer as its marketing operations manager.

Kremer will be part of Better Together’s national team, working alongside CEO Megan Rose to help the nonprofit grow and reach those in need. Her background is in marketing strategy development and project management.

Prior to her role at Better Together, she worked in health care marketing at a senior living community. She later transitioned into digital inbound marketing and marketing account management for businesses, helping to aid in their growth and oversee marketing strategies for clients.

“We are thrilled to have Shawna join our team and help us further Better Together’s impact across both the state and the nation,” said Megan Rose, CEO of Better Together. “Her prior marketing experience and dedication to her faith will prove valuable in helping us to reach and better the lives of those in need in our community.”

Kremer is grateful to have a job that allows her to use her skillset to be the hands and feet of Jesus and help make an impact.

Better Together helps parents who are going through a hard time to keep their kids out of foster care, find work and address the root causes of their struggle so that they can reunite as a family with the tools and support system to thrive. Established in Southwest Florida in 2015, the nonprofit’s programming has rapidly expanded to reach families in 24 counties across the state. To date, the program has served 9,000 children and kept 98% of children served through mentoring and hosting out of foster care, while helping nearly 42,000 job seekers find employment through church-based job fairs across 22 states.
