Shangri-La Springs will host the fourth of five Art & Soul Nights on March 11 from 5 to 8:30 p.m. featuring live music, an artisan market, community classes, mini spa treatments, delicious farm to table food at Harvest & Wisdom and free valet parking.
The fourth of the popular free monthly events on March 11 will have the theme “Feelin’ Groovy” with a free community class on CBD oil with Dr. Stan Headley from Cypress Pharmacy, 1960s and 1970s music by Smart & Sassy in Perfect Harmony, and free Rumba dance lessons with Fred Astaire Dance Studio of Bonita Springs. An artisan market includes eclectic products for sale, farmer’s market-style, from the site’s organic garden, local vendors, area artists and craftsman. Featured artist, photographer Dennis Goodman, will be at the event and will have artwork on display.
Mini Relax & Recharge spa treatments are available for purchase at the spa during the event, including reflexology, a facial or a massage: 15-minute treatments are available for $35 and 25-minute treatments for $65. Appointments can be scheduled in advance.
Harvest bites, beer and wine will be available for purchase. Harvest & Wisdom will be open for dinner beginning at 5 p.m. Reservations are suggested.
The final date for the popular event series is Wednesday, April 15 and will feature art and music from Bonita Springs schools.
