Worthington Realty announces new leadership following an undisclosed acquisition by Michael Davis, Susana Davis and Brian Rodgers, who will take the helm of the nearly 35-year real estate company.
Founded in 1989, Worthington Realty has a long history in Southwest Florida’s real estate market and has earned a reputation for trustworthy leadership at Lexington Country Club in Fort Myers and surrounding communities, where its team serves homebuyers, sellers and renters with specialized knowledge and expertise in development, home sales and leasing. Purchased from Principal John Gnagey, the acquisition follows the passing of company founder and partner Jeff Darragh.
“Worthington Realty has been recognized for real estate excellence in Southwest Florida, and we are honored to help carry forward this longstanding tradition of visionary leadership,” said Michael Davis. “Brian, Susana and I are deeply rooted in this community with extensive expertise in Southwest Florida’s complex real estate market, and we are dedicated to being a worthy partner to our investors, home buyers and renters as they seek trusted expertise in residential sales, rentals and development.”
With more than 45 years of combined industry experience, the new leadership team envisions building upon Worthington Realty’s established market reputation and working alongside the company’s successful brokerage and sales teams to bring trusted expertise and a personalized, collaborative approach to the Southwest Florida region.
As president for Worthington Realty, Michael Davis brings considerable experience in strategic planning, identifying future growth trends, overseeing the property due diligence process, research and marketing.
