Senior Choice at Home welcomes Cynthia Rivera as Personal Care Coordinator

Senior Choice at Home has welcomed Cynthia Rivera to the role of personal care coordinator to serve as an advocate for members, offering continuous wellness and safety plans, routine check ins and arrangement of health services as needed.

Rivera brings 24 years of experience in the healthcare industry to the role. Prior to joining Senior Choice at Home, Rivera has served in a variety of healthcare management and caregiving roles for health and senior living organizations including as a resident services coordinator, case manager and director of social services. She holds a bachelor’s in social science and is a licensed certified social worker, a certified nursing assistant and case manager.

Licensed by the State of Florida Office of Insurance Regulation (OIR) as a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) “without walls,” Senior Choice at Home is a comprehensive program of coordinated, long-term care services for seniors who prefer to stay in the comfort of their own home and have the ability to do so, with the assurance that future living arrangements are secured and covered under their membership, should their health care needs change.
