The first surgeon to join Precision Healthcare Specialists is Dr. Anthony J. Anfuso, Head and Neck Surgical Oncology and Microvascular Reconstruction. Anfuso is an otolaryngology specialist who focuses on the surgical management of malignant and benign tumors of the mouth, throat, larynx, neck, salivary glands, thyroid, parathyroid and skin. His unique skillset allows him to perform reconstructive surgery to correct defects of the head and neck, including microvascular reconstructive surgery.
Anfuso brings a wealth of invaluable experience dedicated exclusively to the management of head and neck tumors. He and his expert team work closely together to provide high-volume yet personalized and high-quality care.
Anfuso, a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS), earned his M.D. from the Medical College of Georgia before completing a residency in otolaryngology at West Virginia University and a fellowship in head and neck surgical oncology and microvascular reconstruction at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital.
