Jack Pohlman Receives Rotary Club Vocational Service Award

Wiltshire, Whitley, Richardson & English, P.A. shareholder Jack Pohlman, CPA, has received the 2016-2017 Vocational Service Award as treasurer for Rotary District 6960.

The Vocational Service Award was bestowed by Ladd Waldo, Governor of District 6960. Pohlman was presented with the award for his excellent service as treasurer to the District for the past three years and for his long-standing service to other local nonprofit agencies.

Pohlman joined Lee County-based firm Wiltshire, Whitley, Richardson & English, P.A. in 2000, where he serves both business and individual clients in trust accounting, tax planning, tax preparation and other related areas. Prior to joining Wiltshire, Whitley, Richardson & English, P.A., Pohlman spent five years in private practice. Pohlman earned his degree in accounting from Florida State University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, past president of the Rotary Club of Fort Myers South, a member of the Rotary District 6960 where he serves as treasurer and finance committee chair, a member of St. Michael Lutheran Church and Multicultural Centre of Southwest Florida, Inc., where he serves as treasurer. In his free time, Pohlman is actively involved in his children’s activities including coaching their youth soccer and baseball teams.
