Upon completion, the facility will feature 255 covered and fully enclosed storage units that can accommodate luxury recreational vehicles and high-end boats. Individual units will range from 12 feet wide and 36 feet deep up to 24 feet wide and 60 feet deep.

According to the RV Industry Association, the national trade organization representing RV manufacturers and parts supplies, 2018 likely will represent the ninth consecutive year of growth, a surge fueled by baby boomers entering retirement. On the water, Florida’s Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles reports that 93,462 boats were registered last year in Collier, Lee and Charlotte counties, meaning there is one boat for every 14 residents.
A limited amount of Elite RV & Boat Storage’s 255 units will be fully enclosed and suitable for luxury RVs, boats and maintenance equipment.
