Hole Montes has hired Victor Cook, EI, as a project manager for environmental engineering, a role in which he oversees design, permitting and construction of utilities, water and wastewater infrastructure.
Cook has 18 years of engineering experience and has served as a design technical leader for water treatment and transmission, wastewater collection and treatment, and residuals management. He has experience as an engineer, project manager, project engineer, program integration manager, special projects manager and field operations manager for multiple engineering and consulting firms in Southwest Florida and beyond.
Among the firm’s comprehensive suite of services, Hole Montes provides design, consultation and project management services for water, wastewater and water reuse systems throughout Southwest Florida.
Cook is certified as an engineering intern and envision sustainability professional. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from the University of South Florida. Cook is a U.S. Navy veteran and was a non-commissioned officer responsible for the management, leadership development and technical training of Navy personnel.
