With more than 18 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Bauer has a true heart for genuine service. Her dedication to delivering an extraordinary experience for each guest can be attributed to her growth within Ocean Prime. Bauer joined Ocean Prime Tampa in 2009 as a server and quickly climbed the ranks to lead trainer. In 2014, she was promoted to dining room manager, where she continued to build her hospitality skills and successfully provided each guest with a VIP experience. Her passion for genuine hospitality and keen attention to detail have contributed to many years of overjoyed guests, who have become raving fans of Ocean Prime.

Bauer earned her associate degree in Educational Studies from Florida Southern College in Lakeland, Florida. In addition to being a raving fan of Ocean Prime, Bauer is a fan of Tampa’s professional sports, spending her spare time cheering for the home teams: Buccaneers, Lightning and Rays.

Ocean Prime Tampa serves lunch Monday through Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. and from noon to 4 p.m. on Saturdays. Dinner is served from 4-10 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and from 4 to 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
