One of Southwest Florida’s youngest broker-owners to lead Treeline Realty Corp.
At age 34, one of Southwest Florida’s youngest brokers, Kristen Pell has acquired Treeline Realty Corp., effective Sept. 1, 2016. Pell joined Treeline Realty Corp. in 2009 as an agent and rapidly grew a team of nine highly motivated agents, “The Pell Team,” which became the majority producers at Treeline Realty Corp., now in the top five percent of sales transactions in Southwest Florida. When the owner of Treeline Realty Corp. decided to retire, Pell stepped in to become the new broker-owner and leader.
Pell is an expert at social media networking, employing sales techniques that result in faster sales and higher prices for sellers. As a 12-year resident of Fort Myers, Pell and her team have excellent knowledge of the market and a strong track record of matching buyers to great properties.
“I come from a family of entrepreneurs, so owning Treeline is the next natural step for me,” Pell said. “I may be only 34, but having high energy and a great team of like-minded agents offers unlimited possibilities for buyers and sellers alike.”
Pell attributes much of her success to the people that have invested in her through mentorship.
