Carroll & Carroll, Inc. is pleased to announce that real estate appraiser Timothy R. O’Neill has returned to the company’s residential real estate appraisal division.
O’Neill earned a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Cleveland State University. A long-time resident of Naples, O’Neill originally joined Carroll & Carroll, Inc. in 2011, bringing more than 12 years of experience as a residential real estate appraiser with an emphasis on luxury residential. He left the company for a brief period at the end of 2016 before his return in 2017. His practice includes appraisals for mortgage lending purposes, litigation, estate settlement and planning, and buy and sell decisions. He is also a Housing and Urban Development (HUD)-approved Federal Housing Administration (FHA) appraiser, and earned his SRA designation in 2015. He is a member of the Young Professionals Group and has qualified and testified as an expert witness in Collier County Circuit Court.
