Description: ParrotPHest is a three-day beachfront festival taking place Oct. 3–5, at Margaritaville Beach Resort Fort Myers Beach. The inaugural event invites Parrot Heads, Trop Rock fans and beachgoers to enjoy live music, poolside lounging, signature boat drinks and sunset concerts. Highlights include raffles benefiting the Alzheimer’s Association, exotic bird photo ops, a best-dressed Parrot Head contest and a live set from Radio Margaritaville’s JD Spradlin.

To celebrate Taylor Swift’s new music drop, Brightwater Lagoon will play tracks from her new album at the top of each hour. Swifties can groove to the beats, get creative at the bracelet-making station and celebrate their inner Swiftie with friends all night long.

The Faces of Pace Celebration & Gala, which benefits Pace Center for Girls, Lee, will feature dinner, dancing, live music and a live auction. This year’s event focuses on unmasking girls’ potential and will include messages of success from current and former Pace Lee students.

Brightwater Lagoon will celebrate Oktoberfest with festive food and drink specials. Guests can test their strength in the classic stein hoisting competition and enjoy live music from Ida Mann Octoberfest Band.

To celebrate National Night Out, an annual community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie. The Housing Authority of the City of Fort Myers will host a Night of Fun that features games and face painting.

Inspire Exercise Medicine is hosting its first interactive cooking class of the season. The session at Unity of Naples will offer tips from a registered dietician and performance coach, and participants will be able to sample the food options being demonstrated during the event.

Partners for Breast Cancer Care will host its annual Partners Pink Run, a 5k run that benefits Partners for Breast Cancer Care, a local nonprofit that funds breast screening, diagnostic testing and treatment for underserved women and men in Collier, Lee, Charlotte, Hendry and Glades counties. After the race, participants can enjoy entertainment, refreshments and fun activities for all ages.

Child Care of Southwest Florida is the beneficiary of the annual “FORE” Our Community Golf Tournament sponsored by Knights of Columbus (KoC) Council 13483 at Saint Cecilia. The four-person scramble will be held at Magnolia Landing Golf & Country Club in North Fort Myers and features breakfast, a round of golf, an awards luncheon, a goody bag, and a silent auction and raffle.

United Way of Lee, Hendry, and Glades is the beneficiary of the 2025 LCEC Golf Tournament’s proceeds. The tournament will be held at the Plantation Golf Club with registration starting at 7:30 a.m. Lunch, raffles and the awards banquet will follow the tournament.

Harry Chapin Food Bank’s third annual Drive Out Hunger Golf Tournament will be held at The Club at Pelican Preserve. Registration includes golf, cocktails and dinner, with proceeds supporting the nonprofit’s quest to end hunger in Southwest Florida.
