Client Events - Margaritaville Fort Myers Beach

Every month, Priority Marketing’s clients and partners host a wide range of special events, seminars, workshops, activities and fundraising opportunities. Check out the list of client events in July 2026. Each of the events listed is open to the public; some are free events, while others require tickets or RSVPs. 

Independence Day Weekend 

As America celebrates its 250th birthday, several clients are marking the occasion with patriotic activities, events and specials. Check out these options to put a little sparkle in your Independence Day celebration. 

July 2-4 

Margaritaville Beach Resort Fort Myers Beach has a full lineup of live entertainment, dining and prime waterfront views of the community’s fireworks display over the Gulf. On Independence Day, guests are encouraged to arrive early for the Fourth of July Parade, which will begin at Bay Oaks Recreation Center and end at Times Square in front of Margaritaville. Following the parade, guests can stick around to enjoy lunch and partake in the beachfront atmosphere before the evening festivities. Margaritaville’s terrace provides a standout vantage point for viewing the town’s fireworks display. Pure Country will perform live and the resort’s restaurants will feature food and drink specials, while the Margaritaville store will have 250th birthday merch available for purchase.

July 3-4 

The City of Fort Myers and the River District Alliance (RDA) are partnering to host a two-day community celebration in downtown Fort Myers to commemorate America’s 250th birthday. Friday festivities include an Americana-themed Art Walk featuring artisans and crafters along First Street and free live concerts at the Caloosa Sound Amphitheater. The celebration continues Saturday with a patriotic ceremony at the new All Veterans Memorial in Centennial Park. Evening events include an opening ceremony at Caloosa Sound Amphitheater, live music and a fireworks and drone show. The City of Fort Myers, local businesses and community leaders have raised more than $250,000 to ensure the celebration is free for all attendees.

July 3-5 

Sunshine Ace Hardware stores across Southwest Florida are recognizing Independence Day with a patriotic three-day event celebrating the importance of community and small-town values. Ace Hometown Days feature giveaways, flash deals and free gifts.

July 3-6  

South Seas Resort is marking America’s 250th birthday in style with a multi-day Star Spangled Celebration on Captiva Island. Festivities span four days and include live music, a Red White & BBQ cookout, golf cart parade, patriotic T-shirt tie-dye, silent disco, glow golf, a Sip & Shop and a fireworks show over Sunset Beach on the Fourth of July. The weekend wraps up with fishing, duck races, a magic show and more family-friendly fun. The celebration is open to registered South Seas guests and owners only, with select activities available for an additional fee.

July 4 

Slipaway Food Truck Park & Marina is hosting a 4th of July Bash to commemorate America’s 250th anniversary. This limited-capacity experience features great food, refreshing drinks, live entertainment, shaded coverings with fans and cooling misters, air-conditioned private restrooms, prime views of Cape Coral’s Red, White & Boom festivities and a memorable fireworks display. There will also be live entertainment from Unleashed: The Toby Keith Tribute. Guests are encouraged to wear festive red, white and blue attire for a chance to win a prize. Tickets are required.

July 4 

Food & Thought 2 in North Naples is commemorating America’s 250th birthday with a family-friendly event honoring the nation’s roots through food, community and fun. Guests are encouraged to dress in their best cowboy and cowgirl attire while enjoying smoked brisket, BBQ chicken, burgers, hot dogs and other American favorites, served with a choice of coleslaw, baked beans, corn on the cob or potato salad. This all-American BBQ-themed event will feature live country music from the Big Cypress Band, yard games, an outdoor bar, drink specials and more!

July 4 

Bay Street Yard’s annual Fourth of July party pulls out all the patriotic stops with festive food and drink specials – including red, white and blue jello shots – live music, a dunk tank and street-side grilling by Paradise Hospitality Group, which will be serving up hot dogs and burgers along Bay Street. Party-goers can enjoy live entertainment by The Common Criminals and DJ Ian Kelley

Additional Client Events in July 2026 

Through July 3 

Community Cooperative is marking America’s 250th birthday with a Summer Cereal Drive to support local families in need. Community members are asked to drop off donations of cereal, oatmeal and other breakfast items by July 3 at Community Cooperative, located at 3429 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. in Fort Myers. The nonprofit is also accepting monetary donations to support this initiative.

July 9 & 23 

Habitat for Humanity of Lee and Hendry Counties is hosting a pair of its popular “Pathway to Habitat Homeownership” sessions. The one-hour Zoom presentations are offered in English and Spanish, and outline steps needed to complete a journey to homeownership.

July 9  

Calling all health care heroes! Bay Street Yard is hosting its Health Care Professionals Appreciation Night, featuring specialty drink offerings, live entertainment and opportunities for networking and connection at its outdoor entertainment venue in downtown Fort Myers.

July 10 

The Fort Myers Mighty Mussels are offering a special rubber duck ticket package for all Jeep and 4×4 enthusiasts for Friday’s game, which also features a pregame happy hour and postgame fireworks show.

July 14 

Pace Center for Girls, Lee’s Funky Fashion Show returns to Chico’s Corporate Campus, bringing together fashion, sustainability and philanthropy in support of at-promise girls throughout Southwest Florida. The high-energy, purpose-driven event showcases upcycled and reimagined fashion pieces designed from recycled materials, alongside runway features from Chico’s, White House Black Market and Soma.

July 18 

Edison National Bank/Bank of the Islands is inviting the Southwest Florida community to participate in its fraud, scams and identity theft session. The session will be presented by a representative of the Lee County Sheriff’s Office from 9:30 to 11 a.m. at Edison National Bank’s River District office, located at 2105 First St. in Fort Myers. July 23  

Bay Street Yard is recognizing professionals who contribute to the strength and vitality of Southwest Florida communities during its Police and Fire Appreciation Night, featuring specialty drink offerings, live entertainment and opportunities for networking and connection.

July 24-26 

MetroLagoons is celebrating Christmas in July with a weekend full of holiday cheer at Brightwater Lagoon. The weekend features a mix of meet and greets with the Grinch and Santa, foam parties, games, elf dance parties and more.

July 29 

Slipaway Food Truck Park & Marina is inviting guests to stroll, sip and savor the night away at its Waterfront Wine Club, a self-guided tasting experience that allows participants to explore, mingle and enjoy scenic waterfront views at their own pace. The evening will include eight wines to sample. Each sample features two-ounce pours of select wines, along with four tapas pairing tables to complement the wine selections. Guests who visit each station and collect a stamp will have the chance to win a wine-themed gift basket.
