Every month, Priority Marketing’s clients and partners host a wide range of special events, seminars, workshops, activities and fundraising opportunities. Check out the list of client events in January 2024. 

FEATURED EVENT

Elevate the Journey 

Date: Friday, Jan. 12  

Description: Guadalupe Center’s “Elevate the Journey of Endless Possibilities,” one of SWFL’s top annual fundraising galas, will feature dinner, cocktails, student performances and speeches, a live auction and the popular Jump Up for Education interactive call to action. Held at The Ritz-Carlton Naples, Tiburón, tickets for the event are $750 and proceeds will support transformational education programs that impact 1,950 students annually.

ADDITIONAL CLIENT EVENTS IN JANUARY 2024 

Jan. 6 

The 12th annual LCEC 5K for United Way will be held at Jaycee Park in Cape Coral and includes live and virtual options for runners and walkers. Awards will be distributed in multiple age categories.

Jan. 9 

The Greater Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce’s January luncheon will offer attendees an opportunity to network with fellow business leaders and learn from the monthly sponsor.

Jan. 11 

Our Mother’s Home is hosting “A Seat at the Table,” a private dining experience that includes a cocktail hour, art show, silent auction and important conversations.

Jan. 12 

The eighth annual MarineMax Yacht Gala will be an enchanted evening around stunning yachts in support of Golisano Children’s Hospital. Guests will enjoy a waterfront cocktail hour at sunset while stepping aboard premier, multimillion yachts before fathering for dinner.

Jan. 12 & 26 

The Elliott Katz 2024 Lecture Series begins with two presentations in January. The Jan. 12 event, “The United Nations Blinks, Again,” and Jan. 26 event, “Very Rich, Very Beautiful, Very Bad,” will be held at the Jewish Federation of Greater Naples’ Nina Iser Jewish Cultural Center.

Jan. 13 

Lee BIA Builders Care’s Pull the Cork event, an intimate evening of wine and giving, features boutique wines and gourmet food for a four-course seated dinner, wine tasting with renowned vintner B. Wise Vineyards and an auction.

Jan. 15 & 31 

Senior Choice at Home will host two Dine & Discover luncheons at Cooper’s Hawk in Fort Myers to provide seniors and their families with the opportunity to learn more about continuing care options that work for them and their health care needs, as well as a complimentary meal to enjoy during each session.

Jan. 17  

Habitat for Humanity of Lee and Hendry Counties is hosting an online homeownership information meeting over Zoom to explain Habitat’s affordable housing program and outline steps to homeownership. This session will be conducted in Spanish.

Jan. 18 

Fort Myers Brewing will host Business Unplugged, a night of casual networking created by the Greater Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce. Guests are encouraged to bring business cards.

Jan. 19-20 

The 15th annual Southwest Florida Wine & Food Fest is a two-day festival that includes private chef vintner dinners and a grand tasting event with a live auction. Golisano Children’s Hospital, Florida Gulf Coast University and Florida SouthWestern State College are the primary beneficiaries.

Jan. 20 

Habitat for Humanity of Lee and Hendry Counties is hosting an online homeownership information meeting over Zoom to explain Habitat’s affordable housing program and outline steps to homeownership. This session will be conducted in English.

Leadership NEXT, a monthly program for advancing business professionals, offers guests an opportunity to develop new knowledge and skills, establish working relationships with colleagues, and engage in valuable programs and discussions that enhance careers.

The Jewish Federation of Greater Naples’ 2023-24 Jewish Book Festival, which showcases Jewish authors and books to enrich and engage the community, continues with a discussion led by Deborah Applegate, author of “Madam: The Biography of Polly Adler, Icon of the Jazz Age.”

Jan. 25 

The second annual Pedal for a Purpose features participants riding stationary bicycles to raise support and awareness for community health and wellness education in early disease detection, chronic disease management and healthy lifestyle education.

The Westin in Cape Coral will be transformed into a tropical oasis with Caribbean-inspired cuisine, tropical cocktails and a live auction at Caring for the Cape to support Lee Health’s expansion projects. Guests are encouraged to wear island resort cocktail attire.

Jan. 25 

Business Before Breakfast, a monthly networking session with light refreshments, will include a brief presentation by the event host, Face It Botox Bar. Early rising guests are encouraged to bring business cards.

The Everglades Coalition, an alliance of 60 conservation and environmental organizations, will host the 39th annual Everglades Coalition Conference, a three-day event that educates attendees about the progress on the full restoration of the Greater Everglades Ecosystem.

Jan. 27 

Avow and the West Coast Muscle Car Club are partnering for the 20th annual West Coast Muscle Car Club benefit car and truck show, which will feature music, food and more than 300 vehicles to benefit the Avow Kids program.
