Every month, Priority Marketing’s clients and partners host a wide range of special events, seminars, workshops, activities and fundraising opportunities. Check out the list of client events in April 2026. Each of the events listed is open to the public; some are free events, while others require tickets or RSVPs.

2026 Edison Awards 

Dates: April 15-16 

Description: The 2026 Edison Awards is a two-day international celebration of innovation capped by an awards gala recognizing the achievements of builders, disruptors and visionaries whose work is already shaping tomorrow. Five companies based in Southwest Florida – Arthrex, ADDMAN, e2companies, EmCyte and Digital ShortCutz – are among this year’s honorees. 

This year, the Edison Awards are introducing tickets exclusively for local business owners, managers and entrepreneurs. Click here – “Meet the Innovators Forum & Innovators Showcase” – for a special offer that includes access to two premier events: 

  • The Innovators Showcase, an exhibition that allows attendees to experience emerging technologies, breakthrough ideas and futuristic solutions while hearing directly from engineers, scientists and innovators who developed the products.

Additional Client Events in April 2026 

April 1 

Art After Dark returns the first Wednesday of each month at Naples Art District, inviting guests to explore studios, meet artists and watch their creative process unfold. Enjoy conversations, wine tastings, light bites and the lively community spirit that fills the Naples Art District. Bring friends and experience an atmosphere where art shines after dark, making it a night to savor.

April 2-4 

The Fort Myers Mighty Mussels will open the 2026 baseball season at Hammond Stadium for a three-game series against the Clearwater Threshers. The April 2 game includes a post-game concert from a Prince tribute band, the April 3 game features a fish fry and postgame fireworks, and the April 4 game has a pre-game Easter egg hunt in the outfield grass.

April 4

Taster tickets are available for Sunshine Ace Hardware’s seventh annual Big Green EGGfest, a fiery grilling competition that includes all-you-can-eat food samplings, grilling demonstrations, live music, beer, wine and hard seltzer drinks. Attendees serve as judges and vote for their favorite chef-prepared meats, vegetables and side dishes.

April 4 

Food & Thought 2 will host a free Easter Family Fun Day featuring an Easter egg hunt, kids’ crafts, games and interactive activities designed for all ages. Families can enjoy a festive, community-focused atmosphere while exploring the restaurant’s organic market and gathering for a relaxed holiday celebration. No reservations are required. The event will also feature special Easter lunch specials available during the event on Saturday, April 4, along with a three-course holiday dinner menu offered April 2–4 and an all-organic Easter Dinner To-Go option for at-home celebrations.

April 5 

Easter Brunch Buffet at Margaritaville Beach Resort Fort Myers Beach offers a festive holiday feast in the Compass Ballroom, featuring chilled starters, carved meats, seafood, made‑to‑order omelets, salads, desserts and more from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on April 5. Families can savor abundant brunch favorites in a relaxed island atmosphere. $65 for adults, $24 for kids.

Tap 42 Craft Kitchen & Bar is serving up a special Bad Bunny Brunch on Easter, featuring $25 bottomless mimosas, Bloody Marys and Funky Buddha Floridian beers alongside a flavor-packed brunch menu.

April 8 

Lee County Legal Aid Society wraps up its senior legal clinic series with Law at The Heights on April 8, offering free civil legal guidance for residents 50 and older. Attendees can meet volunteer attorneys, ask questions about hurricane‑related issues and access resources in a supportive setting. Walk‑ins are welcome, with registration recommended for personalized assistance. To register, please email Nanci@leecountylegalaid.org with contact information and a brief description of the legal advice being sought.

April 10 

A.N.A.’s Friends is hosting Among Friends, a new event that initiates a much-needed community conversation that allows participants to better understand the foster care experience. Among Friends will include local parents and caregivers, along with case managers, volunteer advocates, community leaders, dedicated supporters and others ready to deepen their commitment to youth in foster care.

April 11 

Get ready for an unforgettable evening of community, generosity and fun at United Way of Hendry and Glades’ annual Swing into Spring benefit. Guests will enjoy a delicious dinner followed by a lively mix of entertainment, including both live and silent auctions, raffles and games. Every ticket, every bid and every moment of fun helps strengthen essential programs supporting families in Hendry and Glades counties.

April 11 

Visit Naples Art District for World Art Day and take in the En Plein Air Celebration where guests can stroll the neighborhood, meet artists and watch them paint outside their studios. Enjoy the creative energy, festive atmosphere and open‑air artistry that define this international celebration and experience an afternoon where creativity shines in the open air.

April 12 

Cancer Alliance Network’s YogaCAN Naples at Baker Park is a yoga and sound healing community event for all levels. Participants are encouraged to bring their own mats. Tickets are $55 and raise money to support families as they battle cancer.

April 14 

Pace Center for Girls, Lee’s sold-out 18th annual Grande Dames Tea will honor three women who exemplify the organization’s guiding principles and have made a significant impact through their roles in business, community and philanthropy: Bobbie D’Alessandro, Gail Markham and Arden McCurdy. Honorees will share their wisdom during a Q&A session led by the young women of Pace. Guests will also enjoy special performances by the Pace girls and prize drawings.

April 14 

The Greater Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce will host its monthly luncheon featuring distinguished chocolatier Norman Love as April’s guest speaker. Love founded Norman Love Confections in 2001 after a successful 13-year career as executive pastry chef at The Ritz-Carlton. Registration is required.

April 16 

Experience an elegant evening at JWB Grill at Margaritaville Beach Resort Fort Myers Beach as The Prisoner Wine Company takes center stage with bold, rebellious blends paired alongside a curated four‑course menu. Guests can savor exceptional wine pairings in an intimate coastal setting, making it a night of elevated flavor and relaxed sophistication. Reservations are required for this exclusive event.

April 18 

The Conservancy of Southwest Florida is hosting its annual Earth Day Festival on Saturday, April 18, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The event will include a groundbreaking ceremony for the John & Carol Walter Nature Experience at 11 a.m., marking a new chapter in how the community will experience, understand and protect the systems that sustain Southwest Florida’s way of life. The event will feature free, family-friendly activities including face painting, arts and crafts, games, Glen Beitman’s Super Science Show, boat rides, animal encounters, vendors, food trucks, a live performance by Moonstone Riders, and special presentations.

April 18 

The School District of Lee County will hold its annual Spring Teacher Recruitment Fair on Saturday, April 18, welcoming qualified candidates to help fill instructional positions for the 2026-27 school year. District representatives will be available to connect with interested candidates to discuss classroom opportunities and open positions across the District. School leaders will also conduct on-the-spot interviews for a variety of positions spanning all grade levels and subject areas.

April 18 

Wonder Gardens is celebrating Earth Day with family fun, games and educational activities for children of all ages, including animal meet and greets, arts and crafts, face painting, photo opportunities and more. There will also be a market with local vendors and small businesses offering a variety of items for purchase.

April 19 

Step back into the jazz age at the Lee Health Foundation’s Evening of Gatsby & Giving. This charity fundraising event will transport guests back to the glittering and dazzling elegance of the roaring 1920s, all while benefiting Cancer Support Community at Lee Health Cancer Institute.

April 22 

The Naples Airport Authority’s fourth and final Plane Talk session of 2026 will provide tenants, aviation enthusiasts, neighbors, community members and business leaders with a casual forum to learn about Naples Airport, a self-sustaining entity that does not receive local taxpayer dollars. Plane Talk begins with a presentation followed by a Q&A period and informal dialogue between airport staff and attendees.

April 23 

Better Together is breaking down employment barriers nationwide this April with its annual Nationwide Days of Second Chances job fairs. St. Mary’s Baptist Church in Punta Gorda will offer local job seekers the chance to meet employers face-to-face and break through the unforgiving algorithm of online applications.

April 23 

The Lee County Bar Association will host its Health and Wellness Spring Symposium, “Calm Under Pressure: The Science of Stress Resilience for High Achievers,” on April 23 at the Lee County Library in Downtown Fort Myers. Led by speaker and sponsor Suz Jeffreys, a certified health coach and author, the symposium is free with registration. Attendees will learn about how stress affects the brain and nervous system, learn daily habits to support long-term resilience, and more.

April 25 

Get ready to lace up and make a difference at the Lee Health Foundation’s 14th Annual Rock the Run. This event is more than a race – it’s a movement of hope and healing. Rock the Run brings a vibrant Rock & Roll theme to Coconut Point Mall, creating an uplifting atmosphere filled with chance drawings, energy and community spirit. Whether you run, walk or cheer from the sidelines, every step supports patients facing head and neck cancer – a disease that is preventable and treatable with early detection.

April 25 

United Way of Lee, Hendry, and Glades and the Fort Myers Mighty Mussels are United for a Cause. This night out at the ballpark will benefit more than 90 partner agencies and over 260 programs supported by United Way. Tickets start at $15 and can be purchased at https://www.gofevo.com/event/Unitedway418. For every ticket sold through the special link, $5 will be donated to United Way of Lee, Hendry, and Glades. Fans can enjoy a night of baseball under the lights with family and friends while supporting a worthy cause.

April 25 

Each year, the Lee County Bar Association kicks off Law Week with its annual “Law in the Mall” pro bono clinic. The April 25 event provides no-cost legal services for Lee County residents, granting justice and resources to those who need it most.

April 30 

Tommy Bohanon Foundation’s 8th Annual Playmakers Tailgate Party is going to be a spectacular evening featuring food, drinks, raffles and live music from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. The program will kick off with a comedy show by R.C. Smith, followed by a few words from former NFL fullback Tommy Bohanon and the presentation of youth scholarships. Guests will also have the opportunity to participate in silent and live auction events to benefit local young athletes.

May 7 

Nick Vujicic

Southwest Florida Community Prayer Breakfast will mark the National Day of Prayer with a signature event featuring Nick Vujicic, who was born without arms and legs in 1982 in Melbourne, Australia. He and his parents were left without a medical explanation to adapt to life with no limbs. The Vujicic family didn’t just adapt to these physical limitations but thrived as their son refused to let his condition limit what he was capable of. Now, Vujicic is the founder, president and CEO of NickV Ministries, a nonprofit on mission to spread the Gospel. He travels world-wide, sharing his faith and testimony and has led over 100 million people to Christ through his ministry. This year’s Prayer Breakfast will be held at Caloosa Sound Convention Center. Admission and breakfast are complimentary.
