The Spa at Shangri-La Springs, located in downtown Bonita Springs, now offers certified wild organic, hand-harvested seaweed-based VOYA spa services and products, inspired by the 300-year-old Irish tradition of seaweed bathing.
VOYA products contain a minimum of 70% organic ingredients, certified by both the Irish Soil Association and the Irish Organic Farmers and Growers Association, without animal testing, toxic pesticides, parabens and phthalates or synthetic colors, dyes or fragrances. Even packaging is made from dried seaweed and vegetable inks, and products are packaged using recycled or recyclable or biodegradable materials.
All VOYA products contain extracts of wild seaweed, which is sustainably hand-harvested from the cleanest waters off the West Coast of Ireland and are formulated to deeply nourish skin and aid its natural ability to heal and repair.
VOYA treatments at the Spa at Shangri-La Springs include hydrating and purifying facials for men and women, marine eye treatment, revitalizing foot & leg ritual, warm muslin bag massage, warm spiced seaweed mud wrap, voyager massage of scalp, face and body, seaweed body wrap and organic seaweed body buff. Treatments range from 45 minutes to 90 minutes, and cost $109-$189.
