Priority Marketing President and Chief Creative Officer Teri Hansen, APR, has been recognized with two awards that honor outstanding women in the community.
2022 Women of Distinction Award
This honor recognizes women who have set the standard in their chosen profession and community endeavors, including great achievements of women whose work in our community may otherwise go unnoticed.
Teri was the “Business Leader of the Year” honoree as determined by Ladies Leading Right and its selection committee, which received 42 nominations and ultimately chose eight women. In addition to Teri, recipients included:

- Denise Nystrom, Education
- Jenna Persons-Mulicka, Elected Leader
- Lisa Maglione, Humanitarian
- Ita Neymotin, Trail Blazer, Woman of the Year
- Alyssa Maldonado, Young Woman Leader
This year’s Women of Distinction gala theme was “Your passion is worth more than the weight of gold.” The awards program included a keynote address from Florida’s First Lady, Casey DeSantis, who was honored with the Inspirational Woman of the Year Award.

Outstanding Women Award
Sunny 106.3’s second annual Outstanding Women Awards highlighted a diverse group of inspiring women from across Southwest Florida. Honorees represent different careers, backgrounds, volunteer activities, family lives and passions.
Teri was among 12 honorees selected through online voting after being nominated for the award.
