Stevens Construction has been selected as the construction manager for a 26,000-square-foot medical office for Naples Community Hospital, announced Mark Stevens, company president.
Located at 1285 Creekside Blvd., the medical suite will feature endoscopy, orthopedic services, outpatient physical therapy and offer hyperbaric chamber therapy. Stevens Construction is completing the tenant improvement while the existing Landmark Hospital of Southwest Florida, the long-term acute care facility where the project is situated, remains in operation. The project is slated for completion in late 2016.
The Stevens Construction team includes project manager, Will Houser; project administrator, Tracey James; and superintendent, Scott Wells. Architectural services are provided by HuntonBrady Architects.
