Stevens Construction has recently completed Inspiration Place, an 11,000-square-foot tenant improvement for Florida Hospital Wesley Chapel, announced Troy Hernly, vice president central Florida.
Featuring unique finishes such as cherry veneer wood, white quartz stone, sculptured gypsum wall paneling, glass mosaic tile and a 100-square-foot water feature, Inspiration Place was designed to promote health and healing to women in all stages of life. With comprehensive services including gynecology, urology, primary care, physical therapy, obstetrics and prenatal care, the medical suite includes exam rooms, procedure rooms, classrooms, retail and a spa. Located at 2700 Healing Way in Wesley Chapel, Inspiration Place also offers diagnostic imaging such as mammography, stereography and dual X-ray absorptiometry.
The construction team included project executive, Troy Hernly; project manager, Dave Wade and project administrator, Joann McKendry. HuntonBrady Architects was the architect of record.
