Stevens Construction’s special projects division has completed an expansion of Trilogy Laboratories, announced Dan Adams, executive vice president/partner.
Located at 10060 Amberwood Road, Suites 5-8, Stevens Construction provided a 7,800-square-foot interior renovation, which serves as the expanded Trilogy Laboratories, a manufacturer of premium skincare products founded by Dr. Kristen Flaharty.
Trilogy Laboratories features a welcoming entrance with unique tile walls cascading to the ceiling and architectural ceiling elements custom crafted by the Stevens Construction team, which showcase the Trilogy Laboratories brand, and provided substantial cost savings.
Delivered on schedule and within budget, Trilogy Laboratories includes five offices, which surround an open collaborative work area, conference room and warehouse. Trilogy Laboratories also features a clean room and production area for the manufacturing of premium skincare products, which include Azul Skin Health, Integraderm, Minerale Makeup and custom products for private-label clients.
The Stevens Construction team included Joe Cimilluca, project executive; Shane Sindledecker, project manager; Josh Bishop, superintendent; and Norma Cimilluca, special projects coordinator. The architect of record was Studio A.D.
Stevens Construction launched a special projects division in 2018 to serve projects ranging from $500,000 and under. Special projects include tenant improvements, additions, renovations, repairs and specialty projects.
