Stevens Construction has completed construction management services for a 26,000-square-foot NCH Healthcare Creekside medical suite, announced Mark Stevens, company president.
Located at 1285 Creekside Blvd. E., the medical office features endoscopy, orthopedic services, pulmonary services, outpatient physical therapy, wound healing and hyperbaric chamber therapy.
The project was licensed and inspected by the Agency for Healthcare Administration, which ensures regulatory compliance for healthcare facilities throughout Florida.
The Stevens Construction team included project manager, Dan Adams; assistant project manager, Will Houser, project administrator, Sue Ziegenfus and superintendent Sam Lane. Architectural services
were provided by HuntonBrady Architects.
