Stevens Construction has completed an expansion and renovation of Estero United Methodist Church, announced Mark Stevens, company president.
Completed via the construction management delivery method, Stevens Construction provided pre-construction services which resulted in $80,000 of savings due to value engineering recommendations.
Located at 8088 Lord’s Way in Estero, the project included extensive site improvements with new and reconfigured parking to accommodate 202 paved spaces and enhanced landscaping. Stevens Construction added 14,522 square feet to the existing church, which houses new classrooms, a nursery, administrative offices, meeting rooms, multi-purpose room and break area. Stevens Construction also remodeled the existing administrative and classroom area.
Designed by Disney & Associates, PA, the project was completed in 10 months while the church remained in operation.
