Stevens Construction has completed the construction management services of a 7,200-square-foot interior renovation and exterior façade upgrade for Elmquist Eye Group, announced Mark Stevens, company president.
Located at 7970 Summerlin Lakes Drive on the second floor just 1.5 miles from Elmquist Eye Group’s former location, the practice is now open for business.
Stevens Construction collaborated with Elmquist Eye Group, Practice Flow Solutions and Southview Studios, LLC to design an expanded practice that promotes staff efficiency and patient convenience. Completed on schedule and within budget, Elmquist Eye Group includes a procedure room, nine exam rooms, administration, staff lounge and an optical boutique offering a selection of designer eyewear and state-of-the-art technology to ensure an optimal fit.
The Stevens Construction team includes project manager, Alan Bennett; superintendent, Jim Ruby; and project administrator, Rebeccah Hamilton.
This is the third project Stevens Construction has completed for Elmquist Eye Group. The company completed their Cape Coral location at the Shops at Surfside in 2009 and Hurricane Irma repairs at their former Fort Myers location in 2017.
