Stevens Construction has completed the build-out of CaliBurger and Marlins Brewhouse, announced Dan Adams, vice president/principal, Stevens Construction, Inc.
Located within the University Village Shops at 19800 Village Center Drive in Fort Myers, CaliBurger launches in Florida with its first location south of Washington D.C. The California-based, fast-casual burger chain features a menu of 100% all-beef burgers, marinated chicken sandwiches, french fries and milkshakes. The CaliBurger experience includes innovative technology with face recognition ordering, interactive gaming and robotic kitchen assistants that flip burgers and make french fries.
CaliBurger shares a central dining room with the second location of Marlins Brewhouse: Local Craft Beer & Daiquiri Bar where guests can enjoy both menus. With indoor and outdoor seating, Marlins Brewhouse includes a variety of selections from local breweries and a full frozen drink bar. Marlins Brewhouse also features a stage for live music.
The 7,330-square-foot build-out was completed in four months and delivered to the client under budget.
The Stevens Construction team included project manager, Alan Bennett; superintendent, Gary Tipton and project administrator, Angie Sugg. Southview Studios, LLC was the architect of record.
Stevens Construction completed Southwest Florida’s first Marlins Brewhouse and Chronic Tacos located at 5611 Six Mile Commercial Court in 2017.
