Stevens Construction has broken ground on MidWestOne Bank, located at 8690 Gladiolus Drive, announced Mark Stevens, company president.
The project consists of the new construction of a 6,689-square-foot bank, which will house seven offices, conference room, lobby, tellers and drive-thru. With completion expected in spring of 2018, this will be MidWestOne Bank’s first free-standing Florida location.
The Stevens Construction team includes project manager, Michael Waskiewicz; superintendent, Mark Battaglia and project administrator, Rebeccah Hamilton. Christopher J. Lee Architects, Inc. has provided architectural services and Benson & Associates Interior Design is the interior designer.
