Stevens Construction has been selected by FineMark National Bank & Trust to provide construction management services for FineMark’s new headquarters, announced Mark Stevens, company president.
Today, Stevens Construction and subcontractor Honc Destruction began demolition of the 127,000-square-foot Atrium building located at 8695 College Parkway that will be replaced by a 60,000-square-foot, three-story building. Complete demolition will take approximately 45 days, and Honc Destruction aims to recycle 90% of the materials.
Stevens Construction also provided pre-construction services that included site selection to identify the best location for FineMark’s new headquarters. Several locations were considered; however, after extensive due diligence, the Atrium site was chosen.
FineMark is in final design stages with Studio+ Architects with Stevens Construction providing recommendations, constructability reviews, and budget estimating to ensure the project is completed on budget and on schedule. Construction of the new building is scheduled for August 2019 with completion in fall 2020.
The Stevens Construction team includes Daniel Adams, project executive; Mike Brooks, project manager; Shane Sindledecker, superintendent; and Rebeccah Hamilton, project administrator.
