Stevens Construction has been awarded the construction management services for two additional tenant build-outs within Marlins Plaza located at 5631 Six Mile Commercial Court in Fort Myers, announced Dan Adams, vice president south Florida.
Lena’s Nail Spa, a 2,200-square-foot nail salon will provide a full suite of nail care services with 18 custom pedicure chairs and 18 manicure stations.
The American Grilled Cheese Kitchen is the first of the franchise in Florida and will offer several varieties of grilled cheese sandwiches for lunch and breakfast. Also available are salads, soups and sides.
Construction of both projects are slated to begin in June and will be completed concurrently.
The Stevens Construction team includes Mike Waskiewicz as project manager, JJ Slaugh as superintendent and Rebeccah Hamilton as the project administrator. Architectural services are provided by Southview Studios.
In March, Stevens Construction completed Marlin Plaza, a 14,665-square-foot commercial shell building and Marlins Brewhouse and Chronic Taco, which are now open for business.
