Stevens Construction has been awarded the construction management services of Marlins Plaza, located at 5631 Six Mile Commercial Court in Fort Myers, announced Mark Stevens, company president.
The project consists of the new construction of a 14,665-square-foot commercial shell building which could occupy up to nine tenants. Designed by Southview Studios, LLC, construction is slated to begin in early March and be completed in the fall.
