Senior Choice at Home, a comprehensive membership-based healthcare program for older adults, is set to host two “Dine and Discover” luncheons this December. The luncheons will inform seniors about the benefits of Senior Choice at Home as they enjoy a complimentary lunch, followed by a question-and-answer session.
Senior Choice at Home is a program for healthy, independent seniors who wish to age in their homes. The membership program includes personal care coordination, advocacy, individualized care plans and asset protection from an unanticipated rise in healthcare costs. As part of the Senior Choice at Home program, members also receive access to the full continuum of care in the event that their health and living needs change.
The luncheons will take place at 11 a.m. on Dec. 5 and Dec. 15. Both luncheons will be at Vasari Country Club, located at 11250 Via de Vasari Drive in Bonita Springs. Seating is limited and RSVP is required. For the Dec. 5 luncheon, please RSVP by Nov. 28; for the Dec. 15 luncheon, please RSVP by Dec. 8.
