Seneca at Oak Creek, a new 55+ active adult community in North Fort Myers, held a Grand Opening Celebration on June 24 to showcase a new concept for senior living in Southwest Florida.
The event offered guided tours of four newly completed one-story model villas, the Amenity Center and waterfront community. Guests enjoyed food from Jonesez BBQ, live music from the tropics by Dave Lapio from PanDave Music and a chance to win one of three VISA gift cards provided by the project developer, Sage Communities.
Seneca at Oak Creek is resort style, maintenance-free rental community that will have 184 one- and two-bedroom units with floor plans ranging from 874 to 1,559 square feet. Each apartment features a full kitchen, living room and private porches, along with an option for an attached garage. Residents will have access to a Community Clubhouse that offers a 24-hour fitness center and active fitness room, open multipurpose room, leasing offices, property manager office, mailroom and work room. Introductory rental prices start at $1,890 per month.
