On Dec. 24, guests can relax and let Old Vines at Mercato handle the cooking, serving and cleanup while savoring every bite with friends and family. The four-course, prix-fixe menu is curated to make the evening merry and bright with a Florida-inspired twist. Guests can enjoy refreshing salmon and tuna tartare, melt-in-your-mouth miso honey-glazed short rib, tagliatelle bolognese and more. Old Vines at Mercato also welcomes you to ring in the New Year with Chef Brooke Kravetz for a four-course tasting menu. The prix-fixe feast includes sweet potato and cauliflower soup, a Creekstone petite filet, za’atar-crusted tuna, and a variety of mouthwatering desserts like s’mores bread pudding and apple cheesecake. For a more intimate dining experience, The Supper Club is also hosting tasting dinners on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve at its new location at the Galleria Shoppes at Vanderbilt. For the Home for the Holidays Christmas Eve Tasting Experience on Wednesday, Dec. 24, a gourmet seven-course prix-fixe menu will include a fresh halibut crudo, a rich wild boar cavatelli and a center-cut filet topped with succulent lump blue crab. For The Supper Club’s New Year’s Eve Luxe Tasting Experience on Wednesday, Dec. 31, guests can enjoy a seven-course prix-fixe menu with options like creamy foie gras torchon, a decadent lobster risotto and a duck breast on a bed of ginger and carrot purée.
