Rachel Ebner joins Stevens Construction Inc.

Rachel Ebner has joined Stevens Construction as development director to lead business development initiatives in the Tampa market, announced Troy Hernly, principal and vice president.

Ebner brings a proven background of business development success, previously serving with a national engineering firm where she grew her territory revenue by 50% in three years.

Ebner is responsible for identifying and pursuing potential project opportunities as well as cultivating relationships with new and existing clients and design team partners.

Ebner earned her Bachelor of Arts in international relations and political science from the University of South Florida. Active in the community and construction industry, Ebner is the co-chair of Design-Build Institute of America’s Gulf Coast Chapter, volunteer co-chair of Tampa Construction Career Days and an incoming at-large board member of the Pasco Economic Development Council. Ebner also serves on the Advisory Council of the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Tampa Bay.
