The Cape Coral Community Foundation has named Priority Marketing as Business Partner of the Year through its fifth annual ENPY Awards program.
The Foundation’s Excellence in Nonprofit Performance Yearly (ENPY) Awards recognizes the accomplishments of nonprofit organizations, as well as their leaders, advocates and supporters. The Business Partner of the Year Award honors a business that gives freely of its resources to help a nonprofit maximize its impact in the community and the lives of those it serves.
The Lee Health Foundation nominated Priority Marketing, citing the firm’s impactful work developing a strategic campaign that promoted and executed Unmasking the Epidemic, a one-hour virtual event to educate Southwest Florida residents about an alarming pediatric mental health crisis while providing resources to those seeking help. The event far exceeded the original goal of 300 attendees, resulting in 540 registered attendees and 858 total views during the event. With its compelling video, speakers, messaging and visuals, the event inspired individuals to exceed the $500,000 goal by 100%, reaching more than $1 million to support Kids’ Minds Matter.
“Priority Marketing showcased its full range of capabilities for this campaign, which included the creation of compelling videos, emails, social media posts, extensive media coverage, a website and a promotional toolkit to drive registration and donations,” said Tiffany Whitaker, APR, CPRC, senior director of foundation marketing for the Lee Health Foundation. “We have partnered with Priority Marketing for many years and have come to expect outstanding results every time.”
Since its inception in 1992, Priority Marketing has donated more than $3 million in pro bono and discounted services to local nonprofit organizations. The Fort Myers-based company has provided marketing services to more than 200 mission-driven nonprofits.
“Values are incredibly important to our company and each member of our team, and we share a common goal with nonprofits of wanting to strengthen our community and serving individuals in need of assistance,” said Teri Hansen, APR, president and senior creative director at Priority Marketing. “The ENPYs celebrate the work of nonprofits and those supporting their missions, and being recognized as Business Partner of the Year is gratifying because there are so many other local businesses that are committed to making Southwest Florida a better place to live, work and play.”
Sanibel Community Association and Castellanos + Tramonte Architects joined Priority Marketing as finalists for the Business Partner of the Year Award.
