Pavese Law Firm partner Christina Harris Schwinn will serve as the guest speaker at the United Community Association Networking (UNET) and Pavese Law Firm Human Resources Seminar on Thursday, Feb. 7. The event, “Reducing Exposure to Employment Claims and Avoiding Claims of Retaliation,” will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. at Cross Creek Country Club, 13050 Cross Creek Boulevard in Fort Myers.
Schwinn, whose practice area includes labor and employment law, will discuss reducing exposure to claims of unlawful discrimination under federal and state law, explain how to properly document employee misconduct in the workplace, and discuss how to institute good hiring practices.
