Owen-Ames-Kimball Company (O-A-K), a construction contracting and management company, has completed the construction of a 22,000-square-foot Parish Life Center at St. John XXIII Catholic Church in Fort Myers.
Located at 13060 Palomino Lane in Fort Myers, the new Parish Life Center includes a large gathering hall with a commercial kitchen for hosting social, spiritual and ministerial events; multipurpose flex-rooms, classrooms and offices to accommodate the growing parish; an indoor/outdoor stage and courtyard area for parish receptions and small group gatherings; and an adoration chapel.
O-A-K’s team for the project was led by Ryan Propp as job site superintendent, Abrie Spies as project manager, Matthew Zwack as general superintendent/chief safety officer, Abel Natali as chief estimator, and Dave Dale as principal in charge.
