Owen-Ames-Kimball Company (O-A-K) has begun construction of the Parish Life Center at St. John XXIII Catholic Church, located at 13060 Palomino Lane in Fort Myers.
The 22,000-square-foot Parish Life Center will include a large gathering hall with a commercial kitchen for hosting social, spiritual and ministerial events; multipurpose flex-rooms, classrooms and offices to accommodate the growing parish; and an indoor/outdoor stage and courtyard area for parish receptions and small group gatherings. The project is estimated for completion in summer 2018.
The O-A-K team on the project includes Ryan Propp as job site superintendent, Abrie Spies as project manager, Matthew Zwack as general superintendent/chief safety officer, Abel Natali as chief estimator, and Dave Dale as principal in charge.
