Bimini Square development to reshape, refine Cape Coral
Community leaders and project partners celebrated the groundbreaking of Bimini Square, a new mixed-use development coming to Cape Coral in fall 2025. Bimini Square will be home to luxury apartments, a Deep Lagoon waterfront restaurant, a Lee Health medical facility and a variety of retail shops. Overlooking Bimini Basin, boat slips and a parking garage will allow guests to travel by land or water.
Prior to the Oct. 19 groundbreaking event, Priority Marketing distributed a media advisory and pitched story ideas to journalists. That led to advance online stories by WINK and The News-Press, as well as 16 on-air mentions on the morning of the groundbreaking on ABC7, FOX4, NBC2 and WINK. Then, it was mentioned another 14 times in the afternoon and evening newscasts on all four stations.
