Norris Furniture & Interiors is pleased to announce the hiring of Janice O’Brien as the store manager of its Sarasota showroom, located at 8001 South Tamiami Trail.
O’Brien has more than 22 years of interior design and store management experience. A graduate of Manatee Community College, she studied courses in marketing, management, and interior design. In addition, O’Brien earned several Venice Gondolier awards including, 2014 Top Women in Business, 2014 Second Place Best in Venice in Patio, and 2012 and 2013 First Place Best in Venice.
Prior to joining Norris Furniture and Interiors, she served as vice president of Rattan Wicker & Cane, achieving strategic growth through innovative management techniques. Joining the company in 1995, O’Brien successfully advanced at Rattan Wicker & Cane, serving as its interior consultant and then operations manager. O’Brien is profoundly dedicated to creatively finding solutions to assist clients with their design projects and delivering exceptional customer service for business success.
