Seneca at Oak Creek, a 55+ all-inclusive, maintenance-free rental community under construction in North Fort Myers, will have 184 one- and two-bedroom units that feature a full kitchen, living room and private porches, along with an option for an attached garage.

Norris’ lead designer for Seneca at Oak Creek is Luanza Maitland, who specializes in new construction, model merchandising, remodeling and clubhouse design. Maitland’s designs have won multiple Aurora, Pinnacle and Sand Dollar awards.
Designer Laura Youmans-Hughes from Southwest Florida Designs is designing and furnishing the Amenity Center, a clubhouse home to a 24-hour fitness center and active fitness room, open multipurpose room, leasing offices, property manager office, mailroom and work room.

The first residences are scheduled to be completed in early 2023. Five distinguished floor plans range from 874 to 1,559 square feet, and each rental unit features luxury vinyl flooring in main areas and carpet in bedrooms, granite countertops, energy-efficient stainless-steel appliances, chrome-appointed fixtures, tiled bathtubs and showers, private screened lanais and in-unit washing machines and dryers. All residents will have access to planned activities, the fitness center, a community swimming pool and dog park.
