The perfect recipe for patriotism includes delicious fried and specialty foods, fireworks and baseball. The Fort Myers Miracle have all three! The Miracle will be unleashing a spectacular red, white and blue fireworks display in the Southwest Florida sky on Sunday, July 3 after a 6:05 p.m. game with the Jupiter Hammerheads.
Fans are invited to gear-up for a hassle-free Independence Weekend at Hammond Stadium at the CenturyLink Sports Complex with controlled parking, clean restrooms, a comfortable seat, delicious ballpark food and plenty of ice cold beer. Gates open at 4:30 p.m. and parking is just $4 per vehicle. Independence Weekend fireworks are presented by CenturyLink, Budweiser and 96 K-ROCK.
“There are many fireworks in the summer that are just a quick flash in the sky,” said Miracle General Manager Andrew Seymour. “At Hammond Stadium, we’ve got entertainment on the field, between innings and, of course, the pyrotechnics once the game is over.”
“We’ll do the cooking, the cleaning and provide every convenience for our fans.”
