Michael Waskiewicz has joined Stevens Construction as project manager, announced Mark Stevens, company president.
Waskiewicz will have overall responsibility for the management and execution of health care and commercial projects during all phases of design and construction, ensuring projects maintain budget and schedule. Waskiewicz will also work closely with the design team to provide cost savings suggestions, constructability analysis, as well as negotiate and award vendor contracts, conduct owner/subcontractor meetings and monitor the construction team.
Waskiewicz brings 15 years of commercial construction experience, completing more than $450 million in commercial construction including The Arlington of Naples, a continuing care retirement center.
Waskiewicz earned his bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering & technology from Ohio University.
