Matanzas on the Bay presents Wine Down Wednesday


Matanzas on the Bay on Fort Myers Beach is pleased to present Wine Down Wednesday, offering guests 50 percent off all bottles of wine under $70, and no corkage fee every Wednesday. Now through October 2016, guests can uncork and “wine down” with Matanzas on the Bay all day, from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.

“With delicious wine, tasty food and terrific waterfront views, Wine Down Wednesday provides the perfect mid-week break for our guests,” said Glen Petrarca, general manager of Matanzas on the Bay. “It’s a great way to relax and enjoy the island atmosphere, especially when accompanied by the live musical performances that are featured daily.”

Matanzas on the Bay and Petey’s Upper Deck are best known for waterfront views, fresh seafood and old Florida ambience and is located at 416 Crescent St. on Fort Myers Beach on Estero Bay. The restaurant serves lunch and dinner daily, as well as caters to special occasions and private parties. As part of its commitment to use as many locally sourced products as possible, Matanzas on the Bay offers fresh produce in partnership with Oakes Farm, rum from the Wicked Dolphin Rum Distillery and draft beer from Fort Myers Brewery.
