Market Trends opens registration for Sept. 9 real estate summit

Market Trends of Southwest Florida has opened registration for its real estate summit on Sept. 9, when a trio of local experts will share updates from an explosive year in the residential and commercial real estate markets.

Market Trends, which will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 9 at Caloosa Sound Convention Center & Amphitheater in Fort Myers, will include in-person and virtual options.

General admission event tickets are $50 and include a comprehensive data book. VIP event tickets are $90 and include the market data book and access to a VIP area that includes free food and complimentary drinks during an exclusive networking hour. Additionally, four table options are available for the event:

  • 8-top table ($440): Eight event tickets at a reserved table and eight data books.
  • 10-top table ($550): Ten event tickets at a reserved table and 10 data books.
  • VIP table for 8 ($760): Eight event tickets with reserved seating at a prime table location and eight data books, plus access to the VIP area that includes networking, free food and complimentary drinks.
  • VIP table for 10 ($950): Ten event tickets with reserved seating at a prime table location and 10 data books, plus access to the VIP area that includes networking, free food and complimentary drinks.

Virtual tickets are free and include access to view the livestreamed event.

During Market Trends, three regional industry experts will offer fact-based assessments of Southwest Florida’s dynamic, soaring real estate market. Randy Thibaut, founder, owner and CEO of LSI Companies, will address land, new home sales and development. Denny Grimes, president of Denny Grimes & Team at Keller Williams Realty, will address residential real estate. Justin Thibaut, CCIM, president and partner of LSI Companies, will address commercial real estate.
