Guests are invited to raise a glass to one of California’s most celebrated wineries while indulging in a thoughtfully crafted four-course dinner with a scenic Gulf view. The wine dinner will begin at 6:30 p.m., and Daou wine representatives will join guests for the evening, guiding diners through each pairing with insight and passion for the wines of Daou Vineyards & Winery. The dinner menu includes:
- First Course: Baked Oyster Rockefeller – oysters, parsley butter and Old Bay Ritz Cracker crumbs; matched with Daou Sauvignon Blanc
- Second Course: Beef Tartare – minced beef tenderloin, cornichons, smoked egg yolk and mustard aioli; matched with Daou Reserve Merlot
- Third Course: Slow-Roasted Herb-Crusted Prime Rib – creamy polenta, green beans and red wine demi-glace; matched with Daou Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon
- Finale: Apple Almond Cake – apple caramel sauce and toasted almonds; matched with Daou Reserve Chardonnay
