Sold-out crowd wowed by real estate experts
Market Trends 2025, an annual real estate summit held in Fort Myers, drew a sold-out crowd of 1,300 clamoring for insights into the latest market data, research and fact-based analysis. The event’s goal is to help homeowners, homebuyers, real estate professionals and Southwest Florida understand trends impacting real estate sales, prices and demand. The theme of the event was “The Next Big Thing.” Priority Marketing again was a proud sponsor and handled nearly all aspects of planning and executive for the summit.

Law firm gets a new name (two, in fact)
Goldstein, Buckley, Cechman, Rice & Purtz has become Goldstein, Buckley, Cechman, Rice, Purtz, Smith & Smith, a new name reflecting the next generation of leaders for the 62-year-old Southwest Florida law firm. Christopher J. Smith, managing partner, along with his wife, firm partner Andrea Smith, have been the face of the firm for the past five years. The firm continues to operate offices in Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Naples, Lehigh Acres and Port Charlotte.

Naples, Bonita companies partner for national distribution
Tortuga Beverage Company, a Naples-based botanical beverage manufacturer, has partnered with Riptide Brewing Company in Bonita Springs for the brewing and canning of its botanical beverages. The partnership with Riptide allows Tortuga to have access to necessary brewing and canning equipment in a sanitary, licensed and insured facility.
