Bringing more than 10 years of development and fundraising experience, Messina has also served in development roles at Harry Chapin Food Bank and PACE Center for Girls, Lee County. As Associate Executive Director with the “Ding” Darling Wildlife Sanctuary, she was instrumental in a land acquisition campaign that preserved 68 acres on Sanibel Island from being developed into 29 homes.

“We are glad to welcome Lynnae back to our team,” said Chris Simoneau, Lee Health’s chief development, marketing and communications officer. “We know she will be able to use her experience helping nonprofits in Southwest Florida meet their mission to develop and expand Lee Health services in Cape Coral, Bonita Springs, Naples and other areas as Southwest Florida grows.”
